Triscelle Publishing has been sending out both books of the Morrigan’s Brood Series for review to a few sites on the net, and we have heard back from one so far that has completed its review! Manic Readers has given Morrigan’s Brood a wonderful review, and I encourage our friends and fans to visit their site, look at our review, and see what else they might have to offer. We have also submitted our works to Bitten By Books, Fallen Angel Reviews, and other sites for review, though none have yet been posted. We will advise everyone when and where these reviews are posted.
Thank you everyone who entered our contest in honor of ApolloCon. We have eight winners to announce. The tickets were put in a bowl, mixed, and then the names were drawn. The question is, who won? Hmmm…. let me try to answer that question…
Your friends at Triscelle Publishing have been working around the clock to release the next book in the Morrigan’s Brood Series on-time, and we have done it! Many questions will be answered in this next installment in the series, such as: Will Maél Muire find love? Will Marcus ever meet another Deargh Du? Will the Celtic lines of blood drinkers ever get along? Will Mandubratius ever shut up? All of these questions and more will be answered in the second novel in the series.
Today is the last day of ApolloCon, and we will be there in the dealer room from 10:oo AM until 2:15 PM, when we will have to start breaking down. It has been an interesting convention, and we have met several new friends and connected with other friends out there; authors, small press publishers, artists, and others. While it is not the largest event we have attended, everyone seems rather close-knit. I think we have definitely made some lasting friends here.
This time we’re interviewing Mai…I mean Maél Muire, chieftain of Beal Atha an Fheada.
Triscelle Publishing will be at ApolloCon in Houston, Texas this weekend. We will be at Booth 15. The event will be at the Double Tree Hotel near Intercontinental Airport this Saturday and Sunday. Here is the address and contact information:
The contest for the three (3) free paper-copies and the five (5) electronic copies of either Morrigan’s Brood or Morrigan’s Brood: Crone of War (when it is available for publication), is over, and Triscelle Publishing will now announce the winners.
Hey, we had a great time at the Houston Highland Games and Celtic Festival this past weekend! Sure, it rained most of the day Saturday, and it was quite humid Sunday, but we still had a grand time of it and met a lot of new friends. Thanks everyone who stopped by our booth this weekend and picked up a bookmark, postcard, or chapter book. Thanks especially to those of you who bought a copy of Morrigan’s Brood! If you weren’t able to pick up a book this weekend but might consider buying a copy if you could learn more about it, you are most welcome to visit our website at http://www.triscellepublishing.com and come find us on social networking sites, like Facebook and MySpace. Please also feel free to connect with our fans and friends in order to ask them about the series and why they liked it or didn’t like it, though most of the feedback I personally have received has been positive, even encouraging.
In honor of the Houston Highland Games and Celtic Festival, Triscelle Publishing will be hosting another contest! We will be giving away free copies of Morrigan’s Brood, in both print and electronic form, and if you win and you already have Morrigan’s Brood, we will provide you with an advanced copy of Morrigan’s Brood: Crone
